D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S! This recipe was an absolute success- it was super super easy, fast to prepare, and oh so flavorful! I served it atop yellow rice and my family and I loved it! My husband kept saying uhmm...uhmm...after each bite.
My favorite for this year. Make it often and this is the first time I've liked black beans!
This was really delicious and so easy to make! When browning the chicken, I did add a little seasoned salt, pepper, a dash or two of taco seasoning and some minced onion. My end result didn't look nearly as pretty as the picture on the recipe but it tasted awesome! My boyfriend said it looked like a dish you would expect to see at a mexican restaurant. Can't wait to make it again!
