Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was really delicious and so easy to make! This was really delicious and so easy to make! When browning the chicken, I did add a little seasoned salt, pepper, a dash or two of taco seasoning and some minced onion. My end result didn't look nearly as pretty as the picture on the recipe but it tasted awesome! My boyfriend said it looked like a dish you would expect to see at a mexican restaurant. Can't wait to make it again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was hit with my family. This was hit with my family. I made a few changes. I seasoned the chicken breast with taco seasoning and also added about a 1/2 teaspoon to the sauce. I also added about 1/2 cup frozen corn to the source will it simmered. I also used only half the cheese as my family doesn't like a lot of cheese.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from We love this recipe, but I did make a couple of changes. We love this recipe, but I did make a couple of changes. I used the Red Gold tomatoes with the hot chilies, half the salsa called for, and 1/3 c. instant brown rice while the dish simmered. What's great about this dish you can make it mild or hot depending on the tomatoes and salsa.
