Rated 5 out of 5 by from We LOVED this recipe! We LOVED this recipe! So easy and so good. I used the make ahead suggestion and marinated in the freezer. I also made the buttered egg noodles as suggested as a side. The combo was super easy to morph into something more than leftovers. The next night I chopped the remaining chicken and heated in a skillet with the noodles, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped fresh spinach and more parmesan cheese. Next time I'll spruce up the noodles right away and include sauteed garlic. Mmmmmm....

I like to cook a lot of chicken so I came to this site to find something out of my realm of usual dishes. This is the first recipe I tried and it was PHENOMINAL! My boyfriend and I both thought it tasted amazing. I actually made sure to put the extra marinade on top of the chk before baking. Then, after placing on top of the noodles, I sprinkled more parm. chz on top. For those complaining about the noodles being bland, try mixing in some parm chz with them along with the butter.

We make this recipe all the time, it's so easy and tastes amazing and goes with any side. We do marinate the chicken overnight and we always poke holes in the chicken with a knife beforehand, so they really soak up the flavor of the dressing. I've never met anyone who didn't love this. As a bonus, you can use any favorite salad dressing in place of the italian and it's still great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I was honestly suprised when this turned out to be so good. I was honestly suprised when this turned out to be so good. It was one of those, "I have all the ingredients, I might as well try it." Even my husband was skeptical and then he had two servings. I think the real key is the buttered noodles (a friend tried buttered orzo which would be good, too). The melty butter with the flavorful chicken is excellent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am always looking for a new, easy chicken recipe to feed to my picking children. I am always looking for a new, easy chicken recipe to feed to my picking children. This was easy, tender, and delicious. Most of all, both of my children loved it! I let the chicken marinate all day instead of thirty minutes. Also, I cooked the noodles in chicken broth and added a little parmesan cheese to add flavor: they loved that too.

I had extra fresh chicken, so I decided to marinate using this recipe and freeze for use later. I thawed and baked it yeterday, it was very good... hubby loved it. It was very moist and flavorable - with the flavor through the entire chicken breast. When done, I would pop on the broil for a min or two to get a nice brown on the top.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT, easy go-to meal during the week. GREAT, easy go-to meal during the week. I have also used Sun-Dried Tomato dressing and it is delicious... I use more than the recommended serving of dressing and parm to marinate the chicken and use the extra to pour over the top before baking. You just can't beat this one.
