  • Cook and stir vegetables in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 6 to 8 min. or until crisp-tender. Transfer to large bowl; cover to keep warm.
  • Add meat, garlic and black pepper to skillet; cook and stir 3 min. or until meat is done. Stir in soy sauce; cook 1 min. Stir in barbecue sauce; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Combine meat mixture with vegetables. Serve over rice.

    This is a great, easy recipe when you're in a bit of a hurry and don't want to mess with a ton of ingredients. I keep this one in heavy rotation in my house!

    We loved this. I roasted the veggies on the grill and also cooked the steak on the grill. Then cut it into bite sized pieces and tossed it with the sauce. I also added a little ground ginger!! Very easy and delicious....will make this again
