I am not a big fan of pork, but my husband really likes it so I was looking for something different to try when I found this recipe. I made this one evening and I was absolutely thrilled with it! I used boneless pork chops and a spicy BBQ sauce because that's what I had. I had to adjust cooking time slightly, but they came out great. It was a different twist on pork chops and sooooooo easy to make too. I will definitely be making this dish again and again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I took the previous cooks' suggestion and added a squirt of fresh lemon juice. I took the previous cooks' suggestion and added a squirt of fresh lemon juice. With a 16 year old teenager who is finicky with his sauces - he stabbed the last chop with his fork and ate it like a pickle! I did not tell him there was marmalade in it. The cooking aroma was delicious and taste was yummy. Very easy, ample sauce for drizziling over mashed potatoes and chops. Would be excellent with chicken too. Execellent!!!

Thank you Kraft Kitchens for coming up with such an easy and very delicous recipe . I will make it again in the near future. I substituded regular barbaque sauce for a honey mustard bbq sauce and it gave it an extra nice flavor didnt notice the ginger taste that much I think the orange marmalade makes it taste sweet . thanks again Kraft

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this the first following the recipe exactly. I made this the first following the recipe exactly. It didn't go over well. The next few times I made this I left out the marmalade and added honey instead. The chops turn out so moist and you don't need to add any extra sauce. Line the pan with foil and you've got an easy cleanup. The chops go together in minutes and there isn't any basting so you just stick them in the oven with a timer and forget them. Yummmmm!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I just made this and it was great! I just made this and it was great! I only had two chops, but my roommate had a big chicken kabob in the fridge. I made up the entire recipe for the sauce and am here to tell you, this is great on both pork AND chicken. I covered the chicken kabob with about half the sauce and wrapped it in foil and put the kabob into the oven about half way through the pork cooking time. We both loved our dinner! GREAT RECIPE!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from When I mixed all of the ingredients together, the barbecue sauce overpowered the other flavors. When I mixed all of the ingredients together, the barbecue sauce overpowered the other flavors. Since I wanted somthing different than just barbecue pork chops, I brought out more of the orange & ginger aspect. I added 3 times the amount of marmalade and added 1 tsp. of orange extract. We loved it. I will definitedly make this again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This recipe was quick and easy. This recipe was quick and easy. When I first mixed the ingredients and tasted the sauce I thought it was too strong so I added a little more marmalade didn't make much difference. Once the pork chops and the sauce were cooked it wasn't that strong anymore it was pretty good. My husband liked them more than me.
