  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook 5 min. or until each piece is browned on both sides, turning after 3 min.
  • Mix gravy and dressing until blended; pour over meat. Add peas; bring to boil. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package.
  • Spoon stuffing over ingredients around edge of skillet; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 8 min. or until stuffing is heated through and meat is done (145ºF). Remove from heat. Let stand 3 min. before serving.

Substitute 6 boneless pork chops (1-1/2 lb.) or 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.) for the pork tenderloin. Prepare as directed, increasing the meat browning time to 10 min. and increasing the final cooking time until stuffing is heated through and chicken is done (165ºF).

I am going to try this recipe - sounds like a quick easy one for school going back. A lot of people are saying there are too many peas... the recipe serves 6 - 3 cups of peas breaks down to 1/2 cup per person. Only 1 serving of vegetables! To me that's not enought veggies for my kids in a meal so I will definitely serve a tossed green salad with this.

I cooked this recipe a little longer than what it called for because I wanted to make sure the pork was done. Consequently the stuffing was soggy. Because this was good overall, next time I will add the stuffing later. I also won't add the peas, they were kind of weird.
