HEAT dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chops; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until browned on both sides.
ADD tomatoes and olives. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., turning chops after 5 min. and stirring sauce. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package.
SERVE chops with tomato and olive sauce over stuffing.
