  • Beat eggs and milk in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add flour, butter and salt; beat until smooth. Let stand 10 min. Heat lightly greased 8-inch skillet on medium-high heat. Ladle 1/4 cup of the batter into skillet; cook 1 to 2 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining batter to make a total of 8 crepes.
  • Bring 1 cup of the water to boil in large saucepan on medium-high heat; stir in dry gelatin mix at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Mix remaining 1/4 cup water and the cornstarch; stir into gelatin. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Add frozen strawberries; stir. Cook 3 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Fold each crepe in half, then fold in half again to form triangle. To serve, top each crepe with 1/3 cup of the warm gelatin mixture and 1 Tbsp. of the whipped topping.

Crepes can be made ahead of time; cool completely. Stack on sheet of wax paper, layering additional sheets of wax paper between each layer of crepes. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap; refrigerate up to 5 days before using as directed.
