Sausage-Pepper Pasta Toss

Fast and delicious, this meal is easy to make and tastes just like my husband's favorite dish at the best italian restaurant in town!

what you need

1
pkg.   (9 oz.) refrigerated mushroom tortellini
7
oz.  (1/2 of 14-oz. pkg.) OSCAR MAYER Turkey Smoked Sausage, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
1
medium  green pepper, sliced
1-3/4
cups  marinara sauce
1/4
cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, cook turkey sausage and peppers in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until sausage is lightly browned and peppers are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in sauce. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

DRAIN pasta; place in large bowl. Add sausage mixture and cheese; mix lightly.

Prepare as directed, using refrigerated three-cheese tortellini or frozen tortellini.
