Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very tasty and easy to make. Very tasty and easy to make. Add some onion and a little Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper. True to the recipe, the pasta water does not need to be salted. This could easily be made with spinach and zucchini instead of the peppers - maybe tossed with some gorgonzola? I'll definitely make again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this dish for my very picky family. I made this dish for my very picky family. The first time I made it, it was a little bland and the tomatoes didn't help much for the "sauce". So the next time I made it I used pasta sauce in it and added a few other spices in with it and it turned out wonderful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So, so, so yummy! So, so, so yummy! And so easy to make! I didn't think that the extra cheese at the end was necessary b/c the mozzerella I melted in the recipe was plenty. So for me the extra cheese was just extra calories. But anyway... Three thumbs up - I loved it!!
