Rated 4 out of 5 by from LOVE THIS RECIPE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY I make this a couple of times a month. I keep the carbs down by buying Dreamfields pasta in whatever form is in stock. Sometimes rigatoni, sometimes shells and sometimes macaroni. I think a step should be added regardng the saidage. You should brown the links, then cook them. However, before you toss other stuff in with it, you need to dran the grease out of the pan. I have doctor’s orders to watch the fat, so I go so far as washing the pan before I put the sausage back in. I often use Italian style stewed tomatoes in place of diced. That’s the great thing about this recipe: little changes always seem to work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This dish is delicious. This dish is delicious. It was easy to prepare, just a little more prep than I like, but well worth it in the end. I used a spicy italian sausage and was glad because anything less would have been overwhelmed by the peppers. My husband, who will order pasta dishes anytime we go out to dinner (even at steakhouses!), said this dish is just as good as he would find at any restuarant. I will definitely be fixing this dish again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Recipe! Great Recipe! I took the ideas of other's, only putting in 1 green pepper and replaced the others with mushrooms, onion and minced garlic. I would highly recommend these changes. Very hearty and flavorful. My husband said to put this one in the keeper's list. Thanks Kraft for yet another fabulous recipe!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT! GREAT! I am such a novice in the kitchen, and this was easy to make, and it turned out great! Hubby even ate it. Preferred to add spaghetti sauce to it, but he still ate it and was disappointed he passed on it last night. Couldn't find Italian tomatoes so I used Basil, Oregano and Garlic. Also only used Red & Green peppers. Just Mozzarella cheese, no Italian mix. And Naturally Shredded Parmesan cheese. LOVE IT.

The natural pepper, and tomato flavor with the grated Parmesan, and Mozzarella cheese it doesn't get much better than this. My whole family loved this dish even my son who hates peppers asks me to make it now Thanks for the great recipe!

Made this recipe today for lunch, cut corners by adding a side salad from McDonald's and it was great! My family loved it and I will definitely make this again. I used turkey sausage, which we love, and highly recommend this meal. Don't pass this one up. BTW was surprised at how much this recipe makes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very tasty and easy to make. Very tasty and easy to make. Add some onion and a little Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper. True to the recipe, the pasta water does not need to be salted. This could easily be made with spinach and zucchini instead of the peppers - maybe tossed with some gorgonzola? I'll definitely make again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've made this time and time again and my family can't seem to get enough. I've made this time and time again and my family can't seem to get enough. I tell everyone where to find this recipe at Kraft Foods or I send it via email. It's an easy recipe and and takes no time to prepare. I do find that if I have my sausage slightly frozen it is much easier to slice.
