What You Need

lb.  Italian sausage links, sliced
cup  halved green pepper strips
cup  sliced red onions
tub  (10 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Tomato & Basil Cooking Creme
Tbsp.  milk
cups  hot cooked rotini pasta

Make It

COOK sausage in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until browned, stirring occasionally; drain.

ADD vegetables; cook and stir 5 min. or until sausage is done and vegetables are crisp-tender.

STIR in cooking creme and milk; cook and stir 2 min. Add pasta; mix lightly.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Substitute 2 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves for the peppers. Reduce cook time for the spinach to 2 to 3 min. or until wilted.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with a mixed green salad and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal.
How to Easily Slice Sausage
Cutting raw Italian sausage can be a slippery task. Make it safer and prevent the knife from slipping by cutting the sausage while it is partially frozen - the firmer sausage is much easier to cut.
