Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good and filling! Very good and filling! I made this for my boyfriend and I. He absolutely loved it. My presentation was off a bit. I'm guessing I need more dough. I used portabella mushrooms and added the rest of the shredded cheese on top within the last 5 minutes of cook time for more of a pizza style feel. Turned out great!!

My girlfriend and I don't like mushrooms so I ended up sauteing the red peppers with a small sliced onion until they were caramelized. I crumbled two mild Italian sausages and cooked it separately, then combined them with the cooking creme and cheese. Absolutely delicious. I will make this again for sure.
