Almonds add a fun crunch to this warm sautéed spinach salad. Italian dressing brings the zest. Raisins sweeten the deal.

What You Need

1/4
cup KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
1/4
cup raisins
1
pkg. (10 oz.) fresh spinach, torn
1/2
cup shredded carrots
2
Tbsp. PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted

Make It

BRING dressing and raisins to boil in large saucepan.

ADD spinach; cover. Cook on medium heat 1 min. Add carrots. Turn spinach with tongs so unwilted spinach is on bottom of pan; cook, covered, 1 min. or just until all spinach is wilted.

SPOON into bowl; top with nuts.

How to Toast Almonds
Heat oven to 350°F. Spread almonds onto baking sheet. Bake 6 to 7 min. or until golden brown.
Variation
Prepare using KRAFT Light Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing and dried cranberries.
