Spinach can be added in batches if your skillet does not accommodate all of the spinach at once. As soon as the spinach begins to wilt, add the remaining spinach.
Substitute 4 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen spinach leaves, thawed and drained, for the fresh spinach. Cook mushrooms and garlic as directed. Add spinach; cook until heated through, stirring frequently. Continue as directed.
This easy-to-make spinach side dish is loaded with nutrients. In addition to being high in vitamin A, the spinach is also a good source of both iron and vitamin C.

this was really good together and had a great taste. only used a lot more spinach than was asked.
Really good if you like spinach (which I do). For one person I made only about 1/4 recipe using a bag of baby spinach leaves from the produce section which made this so easy. I sprinkled salt on the mushrooms and garlic while they cooked and added 1 Tbl water and 1 beef flavor liquid concentrate packet when the spinach was just done. Ate with Shake n Baked chicken and Stove Top stuffing so have to thank Kraft for a great meal last night.
I don't normally like spinach and mushrooms but this dish makes both veggies taste great!
