What You Need

slices  OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped
large  boneless skinless chicken thighs (1-1/2 lb.)
tsp.  black pepper
Tbsp.  butter
lb.  snow peas
cup  matchlike carrot sticks
cups  water
pkg.  (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

Make It

COOK bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet, drain on paper towels. Discard drippings from skillet. Add chicken to skillet; season with pepper. Cook, covered, 15 to 17 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF), turning after 10 min.

MEANWHILE, melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add vegetables; cook 3 min. Stir in water. Bring to boil; cook 2 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in stuffing mix; cover with lid. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.

FLUFF stuffing mixture with fork; spoon onto plate. Top with chicken and bacon.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Look for packages of matchlike carrot sticks in the produce section of most larger supermarkets. If you are unable to find them, use baby carrots, cut lengthwise into quarters, instead.
How to Safely Handle Raw Chicken
Always wash hands, preparation surfaces and utensils in hot, soapy water before and after contact with raw chicken. Dry hands and surfaces with a clean towel or paper towels. Take special care in washing worn cutting boards as there may be hard-to-clean grooves or cracks that can collect bacteria.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with a crisp, mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing.
