For lightly beaten eggs, use a wire whisk or fork to break up yolks and barely combine yolks and whites. For well beaten eggs, mix vigorously to combine yolks and whites until mixture is light & frothy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is one of my favorite recipes for Thanksgiving and to spice up. This is one of my favorite recipes for Thanksgiving and to spice up. I make it every year and get compliments each time. Last year I added some Southwestern flavors by adding Monterrey Jack cheese (shredded), green chiles and sour cream before baking. You need to add to the baking time a bit, but it is worth it. It is a great choice for livening up the usual stuffing at the Turkey Day Potluck at the office.

I read all the reviews before I cooked this, and out of fear of it being bland I went ahead and added 2 tlbspns of sour cream, 1 can of green chili's and stirred it in with the mixture. Topped it with Shredded cheese, added 10 minutes to the time and we are in Heaven!!!! YUMMY!
