    OMG! We loved it! I read all the reviews before I cooked this, and out of fear of it being bland I went ahead and added 2 tlbspns of sour cream, 1 can of green chili's and stirred it in with the mixture. Topped it with Shredded cheese, added 10 minutes to the time and we are in Heaven!!!! YUMMY!

    Great comfort food texture and taste. My kids all loved it. The only change I made was subbing some dried onion for the green onion. A new favorite side dish here.
