What You Need

1
tsp.  butter
4
cups  fresh corn kernels (from about 8 ears)
1/2
cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
2
Tbsp.  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1
Tbsp.  chopped fresh basil

Make It

HEAT butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add corn; cook 6 min., stirring frequently.

STIR in sour cream; cook and stir 3 min. or until heated through.

REMOVE from heat; stir in cheese and basil.

Sprinkle with ground red pepper (cayenne) just before serving for an extra kick!
How to Remove Corn Kernels from Cob
To remove kernels from an uncooked cob, hold cob firmly at an angle. Carefully cut down the ear (away from the body) with sharp knife, several rows at a time.
