Remove and discard yolks or cover and refrigerate for another use. Fill whites with sandwich spread.
Prepare as directed, but do not add the reserved mashed egg yolk garnish. Cover and refrigerate the filled whites and reserved mashed yolks separately. Garnish with the reserved mashed yolks just before serving.
Mix all of the mashed yolks with the sandwich spread; spoon evenly into egg whites. Garnish with thinly sliced CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Mini Pickles or chopped fresh parsley.
