Savory Italian Noodle Casserole

What You Need

cup  mostaccioli, uncooked
1/2
lb.  lean ground beef
1
small  green pepper, chopped
1
small  onion, chopped
1
can  (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2
cup  water
1
can  (6 oz.) tomato paste
1/4
tsp.  black pepper
1
lb.  (16 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, brown meat with green peppers and onions in large skillet. Add tomatoes, water, tomato paste and black pepper; mix well.

LAYER half each of the pasta. meat sauce and VELVEETA in 13x9-inch baking dish; repeat layers.

BAKE 30 min. or until heated through.
