How to Soften Cream Cheese

Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable 9-inch pie plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec. or just until softened. Spread onto bottom of pie plate, then continue as directed.

    A big fan of spinach & artichoke dip, I had been looking for a good recipe to try making it on my own. This is perfect and I'll continue making it the exact same way. I still have left-overs from my first batch and I'm enjoying the fact that I made such a large amount!

    This is a quick and easy dip that tastes delicious. I made it for a party and it was a big hit. I personally like artichokes a lot and added a lot more than the recipe called for...and it tasted great! Will definitely make this again
