What You Need

pkg.  (11.5 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Hickory Smoked Seasoned Pulled Pork
cup  frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas), thawed, well drained
cup  plus 2 Tbsp. KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided
container  (1-1/2 lb.) refrigerated mashed potatoes

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

SPREAD meat onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.

TOP with mixed vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese and potatoes.

BAKE 30 min. or until heated through. Top with remaining cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.

Make Ahead
Assemble recipe as directed, except do not top with remaining cheese. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, bake, uncovered, 50 min. or until heated through. Top with remaining cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
Creative Leftovers
This is a great way to use leftover mashed potatoes. Just prepare as directed, substituting 2-1/2 cups leftover mashed potatoes for the container of refrigerated mashed potatoes.
Special Extra
Prepare using refrigerated sour cream-and onion-flavored mashed potatoes.
