Ordinary scrambled eggs become extraordinary when cream cheese is added, melting into the eggs as they cook for a special savory flavor.

What You Need

Tbsp.  margarine
cup  milk
tsp.  salt
tsp.  pepper
oz.  (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed

Make It

MELT margarine in large skillet on low heat. Meanwhile, beat eggs, milk and seasonings with wire whisk until well blended. Add to skillet.

COOK until eggs begin to set, stirring occasionally.

ADD cream cheese; continue cooking until cream cheese is melted and egg mixture is completely set, stirring occasionally. Serve with toast slices, if desired.

Prepare as directed, using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.
Use Your Microwave
Microwave butter in medium microwavable bowl on HIGH 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients. Microwave 6 minutes or until cream cheese is melted and egg mixture is completely set, stirring every 2 minutes.
Special Extra
Prepare as directed, adding chopped fresh parsley, chives or green onions as the egg mixture begins to set.
