what you need

lb. ground pork

egg, lightly beaten

1/4

cup dry bread crumbs

Tbsp. chopped onion

3/4

tsp. salt

Tbsp. oil

can (6 oz.) tomato paste

1-1/2

cups water

pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Tangy Italian Style Spaghetti Dinner

Make It

MIX meat, egg, bread crumbs, onion and salt until well blended. Shape into 12 meatballs. Brown in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat, turning occasionally. Drain fat from skillet.

ADD tomato paste, water and the Herb-Spice Mix to meatballs in skillet; stir gently. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 min., stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook the Spaghetti as directed on pkg.

DRAIN spaghetti; place on serving plate. Top with the meatballs and sauce; sprinkle with the Grated Parmesan Cheese.

I made my own homemade meatballs with ground beef. The mild sauce was complimented the meat great!

Kraft Tangy Italian Style Spaghetti Dinner, has the very best spices i've used it for years. I add two pkgs of the spices to my favorite spaghetti sauce and add browned ground turkey and fresh sliced mushrooms for a wonderful spicy meat sauce. I love the pork meatballs in this recipe, I wonder how they would taste if you left out the salt and added 1/2 or 1/4 of a pkg of a Kraft Tangy Italian spice package?

sadly I am unable to find Kraft Tangy Italian Style Spaghetti Dinner in the supermarkets in my area, also they are not able to order--where is this sold these days????
