No leftovers this morning...Made a few changes...Di Giorno alfredo sauce wasn't available at my local store, so I substituted Classico alfredo sauce with roasted garlic, then left out the garlic cloves. Also, added about 3 oz. of Philadelphia cream cheese and cracked black pepper. In hindsight, I wish I would have used all 16 oz. of alfredo sauce (instead of 10 as called for). The cream cheese made it yummy, but it made it a teeny bit dry. It's a winner for sure!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is quite tasty - I was skeptical at first since it called for alfredo sauce. This is quite tasty - I was skeptical at first since it called for alfredo sauce. I served it at a party and it went so quickly. My husband didn't get a chance to try any, so he went out the next day and bought the ingredients for me to make it again! Very tasty. He liked it with tortilla chips, I preferred Triscuits. I do have to state that there is a lot of garlic in this ... the second time around, I cut the garlic in half. Give it a try! Yum!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was a very easy and fast appetizer to fix and would be one worthy of company or a party table. This was a very easy and fast appetizer to fix and would be one worthy of company or a party table. My husband and I enjoyed it so much we ate all of it up with the help of two of our children ages 2 and 3. YES 2 and 3 year olds ate spinach and artichokes! Next time I might add a bit of tobasco to give it a bit more kick but I like spicey things so that's just my taste.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this for a Christmas Eve party and it was gone so fast. I made this for a Christmas Eve party and it was gone so fast. I added chopped roasted garlic and used a Italian 6-cheese blend instead of just parmasan. I also used a little more cheese than it called for, I added a layer of parm on top and let it broil at the very end. It was SO good. I made it again just a couple nights ago for dinner for my boyfriend and I.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I love spinach artichoke dip. I love spinach artichoke dip. it's one of my favorite things. i was really excited when this recipe called for alfredo, because i like anything cheesy and thought that would help make it EXTRA cheesy. But i was wrong. It just tastes like spinach. Kind of watery too. I must say, it was decent, but i'll stick to good ol' mayo and extra cheese from now on.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was good. This was good. Mine didn't turn out as salty as I was craving, but it was still good. I have made the other recipe on this site for this dip and it was too salty. Don't get me wrong, we slather this on French bread and call it dinner! Yum! What I really need is Applebee's recipe. That's a perfect spinart dip!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this for an open house I attended recently. I made this for an open house I attended recently. Everyone raved about this recipe. Several people asked me for a copy of it, which I was more than happy to do. I have already added this recipe to my 'all-time favorites' collection at home. The Savory Spinach Artichoke Dip was very simple and very delicious!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would defintely recommend this recipe. I would defintely recommend this recipe. Its easy and fast and it was gone in minutes. However, it is a little garlic-y for me. The next time I make it I will only use two garlic cloves instead of four. Spinach abosorbs seasoning/flavors easily so the garlic was a overpowering instead of complementing.
