What You Need

lb.  93%-fat-free ground turkey

pkg.  (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Savory Four Cheese Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, mixed together
1/4
cup   chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
1
tsp.  sugar
1
container  (5 oz.) baby arugula
1
 apple, cut into matchlike sticks
1/3
cup  KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

MIX turkey and cheese mixture; shape into 28 (1-1/2-inch) balls. Place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 20 min. or until done (170ºF). Meanwhile, cook and stir nuts in small skillet on medium heat 2 min. Add sugar; cook and stir 1 min. or until sugar is melted and nuts are evenly glazed.

COMBINE arugula, apples, meatballs and nuts in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat.
