Mom made original recipe yesterday. We ate it today for lunch; her with chicken, me without. I made another batch for dinner, sans meat. Still good! Especially with pine nuts, instead of almonds; and for picky me, surprise! I REALLY LIKE IT!! I could eat this nearly every day!! Good and healthy - w/apples, celery, nuts, and very little mayo. Delicious with variety of spices!
