This is a great recipe! Then I started going low carb and substituted cauliflower for the potatoes and also went easier and used yellow onions instead of the leeks. Turned out just as delicious! I also put a lot more of the hot pepper sauce to bring out more flavor.
I really enjoyed how easy and tasty this soup was! Followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great!
