I first enjoyed lobster bisque on my honeymoon, and I was hooked! When we got home, I wanted to try and make it myself, and I found this recipe. It was very easy and very delicious!! I think I prefer this crab recipe even over the lobster restaurant stuff. And to make things even easier, I used leftover grill packet potatoes from the night before, so they only had to be heated in the soup, not cooked. I served it with warm cornbread, my husband's favorite and I will definitly be making this one again and again!
