I used a nice wild tuna steak and made some variations because of ingredient availability. The store didn't have the dressing and I thought I had capers and the steak sauce but I didn't so I used the Kraft FF Italian to marinate the steak and dress the beans. I also made the beans from scratch which made it quite delicious. I used fresh basil and green olives instead of the capers and I couldn't get enough of it! Will definitely make again!
