  • Mix dressing mix, wine and oil. Score steak on both sides, being careful not to cut more than 1/8 inch into each side of steak. Place steak in shallow dish.

Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was the best most tender london broil that I have ever made. This was the best most tender london broil that I have ever made. I only had bottle dressing so I used balsamic vinaigrette. It had such a wonderful flavor and not overpowering at all. Even my husband was impressed and he is a "grill master" I broiled mine in the toaster oven and it didn't brown as I would have liked. I wouldn't do that again. I served alongside the Italian Veggie Bake, also from Kraft and some couscous. It was a wonderful dinner.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I've made this for the 2nd time - a great way to eat red meat. I've made this for the 2nd time - a great way to eat red meat. Meat is very tender & flavorful. With London Broil I've learned it's still going to be a bit pink inside so don't over-do it! I used Caesar dressing as marinade which also came out great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was so yummy! This was so yummy! I didn't have any dry white wine, so I used some chicken broth in place of it. I also added some minced garlic. We grilled this over charcoal, and it was amazing. It was my first London broil....but it won't be my last!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I thought the recipe was good. I thought the recipe was good. I guess the trick to any london broil is really choosing a good cut of meat and reading the recipe carefully. It did not say to cook the meat for 2 to 3 minutes, BUT keep it from the flame 2 to 3 INCHES.
