AWESOME RECIPE!!! You can use almost any vegetables, seasonings or dressing you like. I like to use Sweet Bell Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, Garlic Cloves, Celery and Zucchini, sometimes adding Cherry Tomatoes. I prefer to bake a whole bunch in my 9" x 13" baking pan, wrap with foil and bake to desired crispness. Sometimes I sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving too! You are only limited by your taste buds. Delicious and healthy way to enjoy your veggies!!! enJOY!!!
