Rated 1 out of 5 by from If you like traditional beef stew this recipe is not for you. If you like traditional beef stew this recipe is not for you. I followed some of the other recommendations by adding the onion soup mix and flour. I only added half the A1 which was still too much. I cooked the veggies for almost 2 hours and they still did not cook all the way. I did not care for the flavor and I would not make this again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't like at all. Didn't like at all. If I wasn't expecting it to taste like a traditional beef stew maybe it wouldn't have been so bad but it didn't taste anything like it and the texture wasn't thicker like a stew it seemed more like watery soup

My mother used to make the best beef stew and I didn't know until older that she used a can of cream of tomato soup in it. Now that I've made this, I like the BBQ sauce a lot. Will definitely make this again.
