  • Heat oven to 450ºF.
  • Bake potatoes as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add meat; cook and stir 2 min. or until done. Remove from skillet.
  • Add coleslaw blend to skillet; cook and stir on high heat 2 to 3 min. or until softened. Add hoisin sauce and meat; mix well. Cook 1 min. or until heated through, stirring constantly.
  • Place potatoes in single layer on platter; top each with about 1-1/2 Tbsp. meat mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seed.

Special Extra

Sprinkle topped potatoes with 1 Tbsp. chopped green onions in addition to the sesame seed.
