Fabulous! I've made it 3 times now, varying the ingredients depending on what I have. I cut down the onion. It ended up being too strong after being in the fridge overnight. Otherwise GREAT.
Took to a potluck at work and it was a hit! People especially loved that it had a lot of different ingredients and was very crunchy.
