  • Heat oil in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken, peas, peppers and garlic; stir-fry 4 to 5 min. or until chicken is done.
  • Add pineapple; stir-fry 2 min. or until heated through. Stir in combined dressing and soy sauce. Remove from heat; stir in onions.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I used ingredients I had on hand. I used ingredients I had on hand. Green pepper, mushrooms, and canned pineapple. I'd use the juice from the pineapple, it was a little bland with it drained. Maybe add an onion next time too. Probably won't make it again.
