What You Need

salmon fillets (1 lb.)

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing, divided

tsp. olive oil

carrots, cut into matchlike sticks

cup sugar snap peas

red pepper, cut into strips

green onion, thinly sliced

Make It

HEAT oven to 450ºF.

PLACE fish on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Brush with 2 Tbsp. dressing. Bake 12 to 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.

MEANWHILE, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add next 3 ingredients; cook and stir 4 min. or until crisp-tender. Remove from heat; stir in remaining dressing.

SPOON cooked vegetables onto serving plate; top with fish and onions.

Add 1/2 cup bean sprouts or 1 drained 8-oz. can sliced water chestnuts to hot oil in skillet with carrots, peas and peppers.

Wow this was really good! I agree with the other poster though to use a little more of the dressing - I had to add more after it was done but all in all it was delicious and even BETTER as leftovers the next day because it had soaked in more of the Asian dressing flavor. I used frozen veggies but next time I will definitely use fresh. I did use some broccoli slaw which made it even better and shelled sunflower seeds for extra crunch. It was so easy!

My kids are not big on fish of any flavor...so when I made this dinner I expected a negative response, but what I got was surprising...only one person at our table didn't like it and she is super picky about everything, we did have to add more than the recipe called for (dressing) for more flavor.

The salmon was very moist and juicy! My mother especially enjoyed this recipe and has requested it again.

My family enjoyed it. I've gotten several requests since I made it the first time. Definately an addition to a new family favorite.

This was a very good meal. Everybody loved it! I would only add more sauce on top of the salmon while baking it. It didn't really hold any of the flavor of the dressing.

This is such a great summer recipe - I cut the recipe in half for 2 portions and I was able to cook it in my toaster oven - bonus for keeping the kitchen cool. I'm not a big salmon fan but Husband loves it, so I made it anyway and I didn't mind it at all. The sugar snap peas were in bad shape at the store, so I used snow peas instead.
