We made a few small changes to a classic salad that will save you 80 calories and 9g of fat, including 2.5g of sat fat, per serving. We did this by using turkey bacon instead of center-cut bacon and decreasing the amount used. In addition, we used better-for-you versions of both the mayonnaise and cheese which resulted in fat and calorie savings while still providing you with a great-tasting salad.
This colorful salad can be refrigerated up to 6 hours before serving. Top with bacon just before serving.

This colorful salad is rich in both vitamins A and C from the vegetables. And as a bonus, the cheese also adds a good source of calcium.

This was one fantastic salad. I did add a couple tablespoons of ranch dressing to the mayo. I was hoping to have some leftovers for later. Didn't happen.
