Makeover - How We Did It
We made a few small changes to a classic salad that will save you 80 calories and 8g of fat, including 2.5g of sat fat, per serving. We did this by using turkey bacon instead of center cut bacon and decreasing the amount used. In addition, we used better-for-you versions of both the mayonnaise and cheese which resulted in fat and calorie savings while still providing you with a great-tasting salad.
This colorful salad can be refrigerated up to 6 hours before serving. Top with bacon just before serving.
For the best presentation of this colorful layered salad, prepare it in a straight-sided 3-qt. glass bowl.
