Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great salad, but... This recipe tastes wonderful, but lowering the "bad" ingredients didn't seem logical after making it this way. Using straight mayonnaise as the only dressing and changing to turkey bacon seemed a bit healthier, but still not great. I made my own dressing, by using Miracle Whip and plain Greek yogurt and a good sized amount of dill weed. I added a bit of milk to make it thin enough to pour around and spread it easily. I am a vegetarian, so I used vegan cheese, switched the dressing, and added Soy Bacon. Those changes made an excellent salad, very yummy, and seemed healthier than just mayo, cheese and any kind of animal bacon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was one fantastic salad. This was one fantastic salad. I did add a couple tablespoons of ranch dressing to the mayo. I was hoping to have some leftovers for later. Didn't happen.
