what you need

1 lb. red potatoes, cut into thin wedges
2 cups  baby carrots
2 cups green beans
1/4 cup  KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
1 pkt.  SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
4 chicken leg/thigh quarters

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Toss vegetables with dressing. Spread into foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.

ADD 3 Tbsp. of the Parmesan cheese to coating mix in shaker bag. Use to coat chicken as directed on package; place over vegetables.

BAKE 50 min. to 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through (180°F) and vegetables are tender. Sprinkle vegetables with remaining 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese.
