tjis is my second time making this recipe and i actully took a couple of suggestions from some of the other members and i must say it turned out alot better then the first time. Instead of making the potatoes i just made the carrots and greenbeans and my kids loved it.

I read the reviews before making this dish so I did use frozen carrots to be sure they would be cooked. But it took about 80 minutes for the potatoes to cook through, and by that time the green beans were shriveled and burnt. I do have to say we liked the taste of the parmesan cheese and Shake 'N Bake combo. Other than that, I would not make this again.

baked for 90 minutes and the carrots were not done. Maybe use frozen carrots or steam in micro a few before putting the recipe together. Chicken wes really done.
