Substitute vanilla or coffee frozen nonfat yogurt for the vanilla ice cream.

Wonderful breakfast shake! Although I did cheat a little and added a pinch of sugar to mine. Not neccessarily a black-coffee drinker, ya know. I will definitely make this several mornings of the week!
