Ratings & Reviews

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mine is in the oven right now. Mine is in the oven right now. I could kick myself for not reading the reviews first, like I usually do. So I covered the pan in foil, and sprinkled the chops with the parm. It still has 30 mins. I used baby carrots, and frozen potato wedges, lite itialian dressing, and garlic & onion powder. It smells really good. I did use extra dressing though.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from the idea of this recipe is good...but the recipe itself is not. the idea of this recipe is good...but the recipe itself is not. you really need to put the potatoes in about 15 before the pork goes in. i had to take the chops out and let the potatoes finish cooking which left the pork chops dry. i would actually throw some sweet corn in next time during the last 10 minutes of cooking.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from We liked the veggies a lot. We liked the veggies a lot. The pork chops came out dry so the kids used apple sauce and I used ketchup. Didn't have frozen potato wedges, so I used 6 fresh potatoes, thinly wedged. I cut the carrots on a diagonal so they would cook faster. I used 1 cup of dressing because I used a larger (lasagna-sized) pan, and chopped up several fresh mushrooms and sprinkled them over the veggies. I liked the addition of the mushrooms. I also cooked this dish at 375 for about 55 minutes. I think at 400 the veggies would've stuck to the pan and burned. I still had to stir up the veggies and get them unstuck a couple of times during baking time. I want the food on my kids' plates not stuck in the pan. I covered the pan with foil during the last 15 minutes to get the veggies fully cooked. They weren't quite finished, but the chops were long done! Next time, the veggies will be put in about 25 minutes before I add the chops. This way the veggies will be cooked to perfection without the chops being d

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent! Excellent! I seasoned the pork chops first, and made extras for the following evening to have as leftovers in the Italian Pork Chops Mozzarella.
