HEAT oven to 400ºF.
MIX both packets of coating mix and bacon in medium bowl. Beat eggs in pie plate or shallow dish. Place flour in separate pie plate or shallow dish.
COAT drumettes, 1 at a time, with flour, then dip in eggs and bacon mixture, turning to evenly coat each drummette with eggs before coating with bacon mixture. Place in single layer on foil-covered baking sheet.
BAKE 20 min. or until done.
