Make sure the cheese cubes are big enough so as not to crumble when being skewered. Also, I used grape tomatoes instead of cherry tomoatoes. My kids like them best and our child guest enjoyed them also. Warning: supervise their eating because the skewers become 'swords' for imaginary sword fights when the food is gone!

They love the idea of Shake n' Bake chicken with their favorite fruit and veggie on a kabob! It was fun to make. We used pineapple, cubed cheese, tomatoes, and chicken. They each made the kabob the way they wanted it. Awesome. Will make this again for sure!
