SHAKE 'N BAKE® Chicken Nugget Kabobs recipe

Crispy chicken nuggets are skewered with cheese cubes, cherry tomatoes and pineapple chunks for fun and delicious mealtime kabobs.

What You Need

1 to 1-1/4
lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-1/2 to 2-inch pieces
pkt.  SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
cups  KRAFT Cheddar Cheese Cubes
cups  cherry tomatoes
can  (8 oz.) pineapple chunks
 (9-inch) wooden skewers

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Moisten chicken pieces with water. Shake off excess. Shake 3 or 4 pieces at a time with coating mix. Discard any remaining coating mix. Place in ungreased or foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.

BAKE 15 minutes or until cooked through.

ARRANGE 3 cooked chicken nuggets, 3 cheese cubes, 2 tomatoes and 1 pineapple chunk on a wooden skewer. Repeat with remaining skewers. Serve with 1/3 cup KRAFT Barbecue Sauce or 2/3 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing.

Chicken and Vegetable Kabobs
Prepare as directed, substituting fresh red and green pepper chunks and mushroom slices for cheese, tomatoes and pineapple. Arrange uncooked, coated chicken and vegetables on wooden skewers leaving about 1/4-inch space between chicken and vegetables. Bake as directed in ungreased pan for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender.
Substitute SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix for the Crispy Chicken Nuggets Seasoned Coating Mix.
