I made this for my kids as a fun surprise. They love the idea of Shake n' Bake chicken with their favorite fruit and veggie on a kabob! It was fun to make. We used pineapple, cubed cheese, tomatoes, and chicken. They each made the kabob the way they wanted it. Awesome. Will make this again for sure!
