sorry "petehaus" if you go to any restaurant they would call these "boneless" buffalo wings...would it make you feel better if it said that instead of "e-z buffalo wings" ...as wikipedia states......"The appellation "Buffalo" is also now commonly applied to foods other than wings (such as chicken fingers, chicken nuggets, and popcorn chicken) that are seasoned with the Buffalo-style sauce or variations of it...so you are wrong my friend I think you were thinking of "hot wings" or "chicken wings"
