  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix mustard and mayo in shallow bowl. Empty contents of seasoning packets into shaker bag or onto plate.
  • Dip chicken into mustard mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides. Shake 3 or 4 pieces at a time with the coating mix, then place in foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Discard any remaining coating mix.
  • Bake 15 minutes or until cooked through.

Serving Suggestion

Serve these tasty nuggets with a crisp, mixed green salad and a whole wheat roll.

Variation - SHAKE 'N BAKE® Crispy Chicken Strips

Prepare as directed, cutting chicken breasts into 1-1/2-inch strips instead of 1-1/2-inch pieces.

    My husband and I both love this recipe. It is easy and much healthier than processed nuggets.

    My son loved this, I thought it was OK and my husband didn't like it at all. Maybe I would make it again for a kids' lunch, but not for dinner.
