  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Coat chops with coating mix as directed on package. Place chops in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  • Bake 15 minutes or until chops are cooked through. Top chops with salsa and cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until salsa is heated and cheese is melted. Serve with additional salsa, if desired.

I put only a little of the Shake n Bake stuff in a sandwich bag (enough for two pork chops) cooked them on my stone, topped them with salsa and cheese, and I served it on rice w/ sweet and sour greenbeans, and applesause. It was a great easy, yummy, and cheap dinner for two. I think I spent maybe $3.00 for dinner tonight.... It was well worth every penny! :)

Our family is busy with cub scouts, basketball, church, etc. and this receipe along with other kraft receipes help us in preparing fast, yet nutrious meals. Thanks for your help!
