  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Drain peaches, reserving 1/4 cup syrup. Moisten chops with syrup. Add ginger to coating mix in shaker bag.
  • Coat chops with coating mixture as directed on package. Place chops in 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Discard any remaining coating mixture.
  • Bake 15 minutes. Add peaches to pan. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until chops are cooked through.


Serve with a crisp, green vegetable such as broccoli and a glass of fat-free milk.


If using thicker chops, increase baking time 5 to 10 minutes or until chops are cooked through.

    Very easy recipe for interesting way to cook pork chops.....adds alittle fruit to your dinner entre...your family will love it! Kids will eat their vegetables knowing something sweet is also on the plate

    Pork chops needed more time to cook - perhaps due to thickness. We would have liked it with more peach flavor - we will use a second can of peaches and use the reserved juice to make a sauce with ginger, allspice, chicken stock and a bit of cornstarch to thicken.
