I used garlic and herb flavored shake n bake which I like and my kids usually like broccoli but didn't like it in this recipe. I seasoned the vegetables before I put the chicken on top, what I should have done and what I would recommend to anyone else making this recipe is to coat the vegetables in olive oil first and then season them with salt and pepper then proceed as recipe directs. The shake n bake didn't stick to my veg so I was left with a lot of crumbs on my plate. But my chicken was cooked perfectly. It was just a very disappointing recipe.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from the recipe is very good and very quick and i have used pork cutlets too. the recipe is very good and very quick and i have used pork cutlets too. just make sure it is cut into thin strips and it will cook quickly. i cut my strips diagonally like bread and it makes it very tender. the flavor is great; no extra salt needed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The chicken was not done after 20 minutes. The chicken was not done after 20 minutes. It took 50 minutes for the chicken to be cooked through. The vegatables got overcooked. Next time I will cook the vegetables separately and it should be fine.
